Company Background

RTC Consulting & Quality Control is a young inspiring management consulting company focusing on offering market research, entrepreneurship consulting, project management and quality control services.

Founded and managed by Drilona Emrullahu a graduate from Richmond, The American International University in London with a major in International Business. She managed to win an internship in the marketing department of a well-renowned market research company RS Consulting Ltd based in London where she developed her interest in market research and management consulting services. Drilona has lived in the UK for five years where she not only completed her undergraduate studies, gained experience in the business sector and learned the respective managerial skills needed to run a business in this field but also lived and worked in a multicultural environment through which she learned how to communicate and work with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

After completing her education and work experience in London, Drilona then returned to Prishtina with a goal of introducing the latest business consulting knowledge, trends and a new innovative approach that strengthens the idea of intercultural communication.

Drilona is halfway through achieving her Chartered Management Consultant status from the accredited Institute of Business Consulting in London.
